Yesterday, the new board of the Portuguese Association of Private Higher Education took office in a ceremony held at Culturgest, in Lisbon.
António Manuel de Almeida Dias, re-elected president of APESP, and the remaining governing bodies, assume new mandates for the 2024-26 triennium.
In recognition of the relevance that Private Higher Education has for the country, the Minister of Education, Fernando Alexandre, participated in this ceremony, as did the Presidents of the University and Polytechnic Colleges, the President of the Executive Committee of CGD, and the President of the APESP Board of Directors.
Also attending the ceremony were the presidents of the CNE National Council of Education – Portugal, A3ES, SEDES – Association for Economic and Social Development, IAVE, Council of Rectors of Portuguese Universities, Economic and Social Council, parliamentary groups, professional orders, and diplomats, among other guests.
