APESP’s Legal Advice service is provided to the Association’s Management and general services.

Its activities include the preparation of opinions, contributions and proposals, particularly in the context of public consultations promoted by the various structures and entities that oversee and regulate higher education, such as the Ministry responsible, the Directorate-General for Higher Education, and the Agency for Assessment and Accreditation of Higher Education (A3ES). It is also asked to give presentations and take positions on issues directly related to higher education by the Parliamentary Committee on Education, Science and Culture.
