In its opinion on the new regime for degrees and diplomas submitted to the Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation, the Portuguese Association of Private Higher Education (APESP) warns of the risk of inequalities, concentration of supply, and loss of territorial representation in higher education. The regime is currently undergoing a revision process.
