Thus, Personal Data processed for the recruitment and selection of candidates may be maintained for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose (for example, if the candidate joins APESP, the Personal or Institutional Data will then be processed for the purpose of human resources management; if they do not join APESP, they may be kept in reserve for future recruitment processes, without prejudice to the data subject’s right to request the deletion of the data, at any time, as indicated in 5. below).
The Personal or Institutional Data processed for the purpose of sending service proposals and/or quotes or information relating to new products and/or services will be kept for a period of 5 (five) years after the last contact with the data subject of the Personal or Institutional Data, without prejudice to longer periods being applied when the situation justifies it (and are proportionate to such situation), namely for the safeguarding of APESP’s rights.
5. Right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and right to data portability of Personal / Institutional Data

The user who, on a personal or institutional basis, requests information or asks for the forwarding of matters through the use of the contacts provided on the APESP – Associação Portuguesa de Ensino Superior Privado website, within the strict scope of the pursuit of its activity and its aims, expressly authorises the consultation of the Personal and/or Institutional Data, for the purposes exclusively requested by them.
6. Security in the Processing of Personal/Institutional Data
