Natália do Espírito Santo, General Director of Atlântica – University Institute, is the new Ombudsman for Recipients of Nursing Services of the Order of Nurses.
With a professional career marked by education in the health area, the new Ombudsman assumes the position with a strong sense of public responsibility and commitment to the excellence of nursing care.
From now on, citizens can contact the Ombudsman via the email provedor@ordemenfermeiros.pt whenever they wish to share concerns, submit suggestions, or report any occurrences related to nursing.
