The executive director of APESP, Miguel Copetto, was received on September 4 by Ambassador Isabel Amaral Guterres at the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. During the meeting, the Portuguese private universities were presented, and the commemorative book on the history of private higher education and the Association itself was delivered.
Among the topics discussed were the conditions of access for Timorese students to private universities in Portugal, visas, and the forms of support available for those who choose our country to pursue their studies.
This meeting strengthened the ties of academic and cultural cooperation between Portugal and Timor-Leste, paving the way for new collaboration opportunities for the benefit of students and institutions in both countries.
