The Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD) has launched a new edition of the UP Higher Education Program 2026-2027. The program aims to stimulate academic and scientific cooperation projects with a lasting impact between Portuguese and North American universities, polytechnics, research centers, and higher education schools. Applications are open until September 15th, offering funding of up to 30,000 euros per project in areas such as curricular cooperation and joint degrees, collaborative online international learning and virtual mobility, training for faculty and technical staff, and joint research, among others.
